Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility.
Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and do not share them with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. xk8 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party access. Use a strong password and change it regularly. Always log out after using a public device or network.
The xk8 platform may only be used for personal entertainment and sports guide purposes. Redistribution or republication of any platform content for commercial purposes is prohibited. Accessing the platform using automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited. Harassing, disturbing, or engaging in fraudulent activity against other users is strictly forbidden. Violations of these rules may result in permanent account termination.
All financial transactions on xk8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Specified limits and processing times apply to deposits and withdrawals. It is the user's responsibility to provide accurate transaction details, and xk8 is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information. xk8 may request additional information to verify suspicious or unusual transactions. All transactions are completed through secure, encrypted channels.
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the xk8 platform are the exclusive property of xk8. No part of these assets may be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission. Platform content may be viewed for personal use only; commercial use is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken in cases of intellectual property infringement.
The xk8 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose is given. xk8 will not be liable for any loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, or third parties. Any financial or other loss resulting from a user's own decisions is entirely the user's responsibility. xk8 always strives to improve service quality, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Xk8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Accounts may be permanently terminated in cases of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or illegal use. Any balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned through the designated process, though this may not apply in cases of terms violations. Users may also request account closure at any time.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between xk8 and the user.
